Abstrak. Gulma menjadi salah satu masalah yang harus diatasi dalam budidaya kedelai. Penggunaan mulsa organik dengan jarak tanam solusi terhadap permasalahan gulma, selain itu keduanya juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas produksi sesuai harapan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta tanam, dan interaksi antara kedua faktor mengenai pertumbuhan hasil Rancangan digunakan adalah Acak Kelompok pola faktorial 3 x ulangan. Faktor peubah diteliti tanam. terdiri dari taraf yaitu: kontrol, eceng gondok jerami padi. Jarak yaitu 40 cm 10 cm, 20 30 faktornya. Peubah diamati laju tinggi tanaman, jumlah biji per bobot tanaman kering. Hasil uji sidik ragam menyatakan bahwa berpengaruh padi kering biji, meningkat di perlakuan cm.
